Village Center
The Village Center includes a large reception room with fireplace and sitting area, manager's office, mailboxes and Community Room.
First Floor
The Community Room is on the first floor. This room is used for a variety of social events and programs. There also is a small dining room that will accommodate about 20 people. A Sun Room is a part of these rooms and it overlooks our beautiful fish pond and gardens. All of these spaces are available for you to reserve for your special occasions.

Second Floor
The Club room is on the second floor. This room has a large TV screen for movie night. There is comfortable furniture and several tables for cards or games, and a regulation size pool table with all the accessories. The bar area is equipped with bar glassware, a refrigerator and dishwasher. This room can be reserved for small group gatherings. Two guest rooms are available to reserve, a craft room, fitness center and a pleasant area to relax with furniture and fireplace.

Garage Level
One stall per member included in monthly fees. Storage space is available for a rental fee. Car wash stalls are included in both East and West Wings. A beautifully equipped workshop is available in the East Wing.

The Building
Member units are located on all three levels and accessible by four elevators.
Individual Homes
All floor plans include a laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen appliances include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
